I don't know about you, but I find that Christmas shopping can be such a stress. I much prefer browsing online from the comfort of my own sofa. Shopping list in one hand, cup of tea in the other.

This year Esprit.co.uk has been the place I've bought so many presents for the lovely women in my life. I've bought a few bits for the men in my life from there too. I've mostly been buying clothes and accessories as there is pretty much everything you could need all under one roof website, which just makes shopping so much easier when you can get so much of it done all in one place. There is also a homeware section full of some super cute bits and bobs. I had to stop myself from buying all of the penguin cushions. I thought I'd put together a little winter shopping/Christmas gift guide full of my favourite Esprit fashion picks.

Now ladies, Christmas is a time for giving, and spreading joy and love, and what better way to do that than with some seductive lingerie? You'll be giving yourself the pleasure of feeling sexy and sassy, and if the special someone in your life is lucky enough to see you in them, they will certainly have a gift to remember too!

We all know that the festive season is the time that the LBD comes out in full force. So whether you want to go for something more casual that you can dress up or down like the faux suede or the black skater dress, or go full on glamorous in velvet and lace, you'll be glowing more than the twinkling lights on your Christmas tree in any of them.

December is fun, but December is also cold. VERY cold. Stay warm and stylish with some of these Esprit winter warmers. From faux fur coats, fluffy jumpers and socks, to leather essentials. Staying warm never had you looking so good!

As the sun begins to set on this year past, I am finding myself reflecting back on the past twelve months. I've spent hardly any time in hospital, my health has continued to improve and whilst I still have a long way to go, I couldn't be happier because I've been able to do things I would never have dreamt I would be able to just a few years ago. I have achieved so much both personally and professionally.

I have made mistakes. I have learnt. I have been on TV. I have cried. I have laughed.

And until my blood returns to the ocean,
until I am the air in the lungs of the brave,
and until I am the dust of all that is free,
I will continue growing. Loving. Living.

I'm cold but I'm happy
