Is 2019 the year that you’re going to get fit? All you need to do is run in the water. You’ll be amazed by how difficult it can be and how much effort you’ll have to put in. It combines the best of cardio with the best of resistance training for a double whammy workout that’ll really tone your muscles, give your metabolism and boost and help you to shape up in no time.
